Success at the Central England Open
On Sunday 2nd July we took a squad to the 21st Central England Championships at the impressive University of Worcester Arena.
This is a very tough championship to medal at historically and this year proved no different. Many squad members found this a big step up from recent championships where success has been happening. Their were many other who had made big progress at this level going much further in events than this time last year. For a few this was the level they are at and they came away with a good selection of medals. On the whole the squad all acquitted themselves well showing great spirit whether they won or not.
We eventually came away with 1 Gold medal, 2 Silver medal and 4 Bronze medals. Congratulations to all medalists:
