BKF International Open Success
On Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd September four Walsall Karate Dojo students headed off to teh Leicester Arena to compete for JKS England at the British International Open Championships.
The event is the highest level Open event held in the United Kingdom and it attracted 793 entries from twelve nations. Overall JKS England finished second in the medal table out of 75 teams that entered, only behind JKS Scotland!
Our guys came away with 2 Gold, 1 Siver and 1 Bronze which is a great acheivement.
All four are now on their next adventure competing in Berlin this weekend (29/30 September) at the International Banzai Open with 1,589 competitors in 231 teams from 28 nations! Good luck guys!
