1 Gold, 3 Silver & 5 Bronze at the Cumbrian Open
On Sunday 9th June, while our quarterly course and kyu grading was
happening at the dojo, twelve of our squad members were competing at
the 45th Cumbrian open Championships in Penrith. Ten were representing
JKS England with two novice squad members taking the trip having
entered through the dojo.
Overall we had a positive set of performances in kata and kumite with a final medal tally of 1 Gold, 3 Silver and 5 Bronzes.
