Kyu Grading Success
On Sunday 13th September we held our first post lockdown event at the dojo following 5 weeks of successful training under strict covid guidelines set out under the English Karate Federation.
The event was a kyu grading and the day was split into separate sessions by grade groups and consisted by a preparation course followed by the exam itself.
We were extremely pleased to see some amazing performances given the circumstances. It was clear to see who had continued their development through the online classes and since re-opening of the Dojo. Thirty two students took kyu exams and 30 of those had full passes. Well done everyone!
